         Where do we deliver?

         We offer delivery to major cities in Canada and the United States. To see if delivery is available in your area, add articles to your shopping cart and enter your zip or postal code during checkout. Please note that some restrictions may apply. Areas deemed remote may not be eligible for delivery.

        How much is shipping?

        Add articles to your shopping cart to get an estimate of the shipping fee during checkout. This rate is calculated based on several factors including the weight/volume, size and retail price of your purchase, along with the destination and method of delivery. Please note that additional fees may be applied to areas deemed isolated.

        How long does it take to receive my order?

        After confirmation of your order, it will be processed to our shipping partners. Once dispatched, the carrier will deliver the item(s) to you within 5-10 business days.

        How do I track my delivery?

        Depending on the delivery method, tracking information will be available. Upon dispatch of the order from our warehouse, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number as well as a link to the courier’s website to follow the transit of your product(s). In some cases, the shipping company may get in touch with you to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Details for each method of delivery:


Parcels are delivered by FedEx, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has left our warehouse. You  will then be able to follow your order directly on the FedEx website. A signature is required for this service.


Items that are too large or too heavy are delivered curbside by a third-party contractor. The company sets up an appointment with you to schedule the delivery, where the time window is normally between 9am—6pm Mon-Fri. You will be contacted 24 hours in advance to confirm the drop off of the furniture. This service is curbside delivery, in other words, the items are delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway/in front of your house. A signature is required for this service.


Free in-store pick up is available to our customers during regular business hours at both the Montreal and Toronto showrooms.

Please bring a government-issued I.D. and the receipt  number/e-mail confirmation at the time of pick up.
